Regression

Imagine that you are in a front of a cave. Describe the cave.
The cave is scary.
You can touch the wall of the cave. How does it feel?
It feels strange.
Now you go inside the cave.
I don't want to.
You don't have to be afraid. You are in a safe place.
I'll go inside then.
You will see a light at the end of the cave.
The light is comforting.
This is the exit of the cave. Where are you now?
In a room. It's a hall of an old castle.
You notice a staircase in there. You may want to climb it.
There are two staircases. Up and down.
Choose one.
I want to go up.
Where are you now?
It's the top of an old lighthouse. Above the clouds.
Now you realise that you are not alone anymore. There is somebody there. Who is he?
There's David.
He will be your guide in your journey. What does he say?
He says he missed me and I must jump.
You don't have to be afraid.
But his smile is weird!
He is helping you.
Is he?
You trust him.
But he wants me to jump!
Then you must do it.
And so did I.
